The Noel Burley Memorial Hillclimb is an annual race meeting – always the final race meeting of the season – in honour of one of the Club’s early members. Noel “Noddy” Burley was an avid motorsport fan and reporter, even having his own radio segment dedicated to motorsport activities.
Noel was responsible for a lot of the Club’s publicity / advertising in the fledgling era of MADCC, filling various committee positions within the Club along the way.
A valued and dearly missed member, he sadly passed away from cancer in 1980. His family still attends this race meeting every year since his passing to present the perpetual trophies in his honour.
Traralgon Apex Club bonfire night & fireworks funfair is a community event for families of all ages within the Latrobe City and beyond. We top the event off with a fantastic fireworks display. Various community groups raise money by selling food and drinks to the public.
It is a great opportunity to support community groups and have an affordable enjoyable evening.
Please Note: Sad to say that this event has been cancelled and is no longer going ahead.
Join us for a fundraising 2 course dinner, along with guest speakers and a silent auction.
