Its that time again where the Community of Yarragon are gathering donated items for their Good Friday Appeal online auction.
Please contact us if you, your business or workplace can donate something for an Auction. Go to the Community of Yarragon Good Friday Appeal facebook page or send an email to the address supplied.
Various Community Groups will come together hosting events to provide a variety of entertaining, cultural, sporting and fun activities for community involvement throughout the third week of February every year. Most events are free of charge or a nominal entry is payable.
Opening Round for the 2020 race season with free entry to all spectators.
A kiosk will be open throughout the event and there is a playground for the kids.
SMART Recovery is a global self-help, mutual aid program that offers a place for people to get together to try to change addictive behaviours that are harmful to themselves and others.Addictive behaviours can include problematic drinking, substance use, gambling, over-eating, shopping and others.
every meeting is run by trained facilitators who will help identify goals and set an achievable plan, focusing on the present and not the past.
In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, meetings are now being held online.

Leongatha Community market runs from 8.30am till 12.30pm in the grounds of Community College Gippsland (located between Horn St and Howard St, Leongatha)
