Red Cross Lifeblood is asking as many of us to roll up our sleeves and do your bit by becoming a regular blood donor. Remember that just one donation can save up to three lives and a new donation is needed every four minutes to keep up with demand throughout summer.

Smart Recovery – Meetings now online

SMART Recovery is a global self-help, mutual aid program that offers a place for people to get together to try to change addictive behaviours that are harmful to themselves and others.Addictive behaviours can include problematic drinking, substance use, gambling, over-eating, shopping and others.

every meeting is run by trained facilitators who will help identify goals and set an achievable plan, focusing on the present and not the past.

In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, meetings are now being held online.
