Here’s what our volunteers get up to:

In Our Retail Shops

• Customer Service: Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Sales Support: Operate the register and assist with purchases.
• Merchandising: Arrange displays, price items, and make the shop look amazing.
• Store Presentation: Keep shelves stocked and the shop tidy.

In Our Warehouse

• Sort Donations: Organise clothing, books, and household items.
• Quality Check: Ensure items meet Lifeline standards.
• Rag Cutting: Repurpose unsellable textiles for recycling.
• Stock Management: Pack and prepare goods for our retail stores.
• Assist with Deliveries: Help load and unload donations.
