Korumburra fire brigade is also commemorating 50 years since the station was built on its current site in 1963.
The memorial bell had been put together in the memory of those who have passed away whilst holding membership of the Korumburra fire brigade.
Anyone interested in playing both young and old are invited to attend Try Outs & Open Day on January 18th 2014 @ 10:00am Maryvale Reserve Morwell. There will be a light training on the day so bring football boots if you want to join in.

Hello folks,
I am posting this on behalf of my friend Penny. She is hosting a fundraising for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. As some of you are aware 3 years (November) she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, so this is a cause very close to her heart. So she is am holding a fundraising breakfast at Jacican to celebrate her recovery.
I am donating all the food for the breakfast and you can come anytime between 8am and 10:30 am on the day. You can just drop by for the whole morning or just a quick Saturday morning catch up with the girls. The menu will included breakfast trifle, pickets, Scone, Jacican cakes & pink macarons, fresh juice, tea and your Saturday morning coffee.
Tickets are $25.00 each including breakfast, drinks and entry into the door prize, with all funds raised going to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
